At Good Smile US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases. We offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
